How do I order a Casita/ADU?

You can begin the Casita order process here. You will need to input your personal information, as well as project information to get started. If you’re in a state where we are able to sell the Casita, all you need to do is place a $500 fee to have your site inspection completed. If we can’t currently sell in your state, you can join our Priority Reservation Program for $500 to be one of the first people notified on upcoming approvals in your area.

What is included in the purchase of a Casita?

The current Casita model includes the following:

Full Size Kitchen: Large Refrigerator, Double Sink, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Kitchen Cabinetry

Bathroom: Deep shower, Vessel Sink, Large Counter, Backlit Mirror, Sliding Door, Toilet

What are the total costs?

In addition to the cost of the Casita itself, most average projects include the following items:

-Soils Report, Geotechnical, and Percolation Tests (Local Requirements Vary)
